What we're looking for
Someone who has administration experience, with an eye for attention to detail, a bit of a technical ninja, and able to navigate complex processes and documents. Your great listening and communication skills, political nous and engaging manner will enhance our support services.
You'll report to the Governance Manager and be part of a team that is responsible to lead and coordinate support services to our council, councillors and community boards. This includes providing meeting support in a local government setting and guiding relationships between Council, elected members, Iwi partners, and the wider community. This is a permanent role working 40 hours per week
