Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About this role
As a Customer Services Officer at our Aquatic & Fitness Centre, you'll engage and interact with our community on a daily basis, assisting them with accessing our facilities and services. This position is the first person our customers meet when they come into our facility and we want that impression to be a great experience so the role requires a strong focus on customer service coupled with outstanding communication skills. We're proud of the space we provide for our community and you will be too. Our facility is open seven days a week, including public holidays.

Full training will be provided as it's your attitude, motivation and enthusiasm that's most important to us. You'll also be a team player with great communication skills. You'll be able to build rapport quickly, crack on with tasks independently and deliver a top-quality experience to everyone who enters our facility.
