Solutions Systems Analyst - Fixed term

As a Solutions Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimising and enhancing our organisation's business, financial, and operational systems. This role is perfect for a problem-solver with a passion for process improvement and digital transformation. You will work closely with teams across the organisation to understand their needs, design and implement innovative solutions, and ensure our digital systems are efficient, effective, and aligned with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to assess system requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Design, develop, and implement new system solutions to enhance business processes and workflows.
  • Analyse existing systems and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure seamless integration and compatibility of digital systems across the organisation.
  • Conduct research on emerging technologies and provide recommendations for system enhancements.
  • Develop system models, specifications, and documentation to support decision-making.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams, ensuring smooth system adoption and troubleshooting issues as needed.

We're looking for a proactive and analytical thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about leveraging technology to improve business processes. If you enjoy problem-solving, system optimisation, and working with stakeholders to drive digital solutions, this role is for you!

What you will bring:

  • A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis, solution design, or IT project management.
  • Strong technical skills in workflow automation, scripting, database analysis, and system integrations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • A detail-oriented and methodical approach to system development and improvement.
  • The ability to work independently and prioritize tasks while managing multiple projects.
  • A strong customer service mindset and experience working collaboratively in a team environment.
