As our Arts Marketing & Promotions Specialist, you'll design and deliver innovative marketing strategies that raise awareness, increase participation, and celebrate the unique stories of our district. From social media campaigns to print collateral, you'll create content that captivates and inspires.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies across all Arts services
  • Create high-quality content for social media, digital platforms, and print materials
  • Manage and grow social media engagement through creative campaigns
  • Collaborate with colleagues, media contacts, and community partners for maximum impact
  • Analyse marketing performance and use insights to refine strategies
  • Ensure consistent branding and inclusive messaging across all channels

You're an innovative, hands-on marketing professional with a passion for storytelling and community engagement. You thrive on creativity, collaboration, and making an impact through strategic campaigns.

What you'll bring

  • A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Proven experience in marketing and promotions, ideally in arts, cultural, or public sector
  • Strong social media management skills and experience with digital marketing tools
  • Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills
  • Ability to use analytics to measure success and inform decisions
  • Cultural competency and the ability to engage with diverse communities
