This position is the first person our customers meet when they come into our facility and we want that impression to be a great experience so the role requires a strong focus on customer service coupled with outstanding communication skills. We're proud of the space we provide for our community and you will be too. Our facility is open seven days a week, including public holidays.

You are a friendly, reliable and customer focused individual with the right attitude, motivation and enthusiasm to deliver a top-quality experience for everyone who enters our facility. Full training will be provided, so what matters most is your willingness to learn, your ability to communicate well and your commitment to great service. You build rapport quickly, stay calm under pressure and confidently handle enquiries, phone calls, payments and bookings while keeping service areas tidy and organised. A true team player who can also crack on with tasks independently, you're proactive, community minded, and ready to help ensure a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all visitors.

The successful candidate will be requried to pass a Ministry of Justice Criminal Records check and a pre employment health and drug test.
