Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About this role

As the Team Leader for Transport Strategy and Assets, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing strategic initiatives to optimise our transport infrastructure and assets. This position requires a forward-thinking individual with a deep understanding of transportation systems, asset management, and a proven track record of leading successful teams.

Ko wai koe | About you

You'll be joining a team that envisions being better together, so you'll be a team player that upholds our organisation's values (see below). You'll have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field and proven experience in strategic asset management and planning, ideally in the transport sector. We want to see your skills and experience that aligns with the key responsibilities of this role:

  • Improvement Program Development
  • Program Management

You will also bring your proven leadership skills to happily settle into this role. We are looking for someone that is able to build rapport quickly to work across a range of teams and with people and groups in our communities.
