Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About this role

We're seeking a Technical Administration Officer to support our Building Team. In this role, you'll provide key administrative and technical support to our Building team to ensure compliance with Building Act requirements. Your responsibilities will include managing consent applications and related financial documentation, and supporting consent processing and inspections to maintain our service standards. Additionally, you'll be the point of contact for internal and external queries, ensuring accurate maintenance of databases and records.

Ko wai koe | About you

You will have previous experience in an administration role with strong attention to detail, great communication skills and a customer focused approach. Familiarity with Trapeze, Objective Build, Ozone and Datascape systems is preferred, however, comprehensive training will be provided to the right candidate. Experience in local government and an understanding of relevant legislation would be an advantage.
