  • Confidence using technology and the ability to quickly learn new digital tools, platforms and systems.
  • Patience and empathy to help support a diverse range of learners
  • Strong problem-solving skills, initiative and a willingness to find practical solutions when challenges arise.
  • Experience delivering learning opportunities, supporting customers, or helping others build new skills and confidence.
  • A passion for community wellbeing, digital inclusion and lifelong learning.

Experience in libraries, education, community services, customer service, technology support, or similar people-focused roles would be an advantage, but most importantly we're looking for someone who is curious, motivated, tech-savvy, and committed to making a difference in their community.
